What persuasive method used? humour

How were camera shots and editing used to enhance the message? scenes were repeated constantly

What is the slogan/message for the company? start building

Was the message effective? Why or why not? Somewhat because even though it was extremely exagerated, most adults that don't like their job would kinda relate to it and see the site as a good opportunity to get a new one.
