Behind the Scenes of "Voices of Hope" - lead

On February 20th, most people who attended the "Voices of Hope" event focused on enjoying the songs in the concert. But what very few people think about is what goes on behind the scenes to make an event such as this possible. There are a group of people who make sure things run smoothly. Though they are given very little credit, technicians and the tech director volunteer their time to run lights, sound, setting up the stage, and making sure microphones work and are on stage at the right time. Now it is possible that the participants can set up the stage, without technicians the stage would be dark, and the singers wouldn't have microphones.
